In September 2025, Nordix Chemicals Factory d.o.o. launched pilot-scale production on its newly automated dispersion lines, operating under a proprietary automation algorithm designed to ensure stable process conditions and precise control of synthesis parameters.

This milestone was preceded by a carefully executed program of installation, calibration, and testing of all critical equipment within the company’s production complex. Throughout the summer, NCF’s technical team worked intensively to prepare the facility for the transition to fully automated manufacturing.

The implementation of automation marks a significant advance in the company’s operations, providing greater production reliability, real-time monitoring, and consistently high product quality from batch to batch. By the end of September, the company will begin full-scale industrial production on the automated lines, setting a new benchmark in polymer dispersion manufacturing and reaffirming its strategic focus on operational excellence and innovation.
