D-ICE KF — Liquid Runway De-Icer

D-ICE KF is a liquid runway de-icer, formulated for safe and effective use on airport runways, taxiways, and aprons. Based on a 50% aqueous potassium formate solution by weight, it delivers excellent de-icing and anti-icing performance even at extreme low temperatures (-50°C).

Application guidelines
Anti-icing
Apply before forecasted snow or freezing rain to form a protective film on surfaces, preventing ice and snow from bonding. Use spray or atomization equipment for even coverage.
De-icing
For existing ice, pre-treat surfaces mechanically to reduce the liquid required. Reapply as needed when new accumulation begins to bond. For thick layers (>3 mm), use in combination with a solid de-icer such as D-ICE NF.
