This section has been created for the purpose of enabling good faith reporting of possible violations of legislation, serious irregularities, misconduct, abuse, or other actions that may affect the safety of people, product quality, environmental protection, the business reputation, or the legitimate interests of the Company.

This channel is intended exclusively for reports related to:

– compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union;
– violations of internal corporate procedures and policies;
– occupational health and industrial safety matters;
– environmental protection;
– product quality and manufacturing processes;
– prevention of corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, or abuse;
– other serious irregularities that may affect the Company’s operations.

All reports are reviewed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, good faith, and in compliance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia, the European Union, and the internal procedures of the Company.

The identity of the reporting person, where voluntarily disclosed, shall be protected in accordance with the applicable legislation and the internal procedures of the Company. NCF does not tolerate any form of pressure, discrimination, or retaliation against persons who, in good faith, report possible irregularities.

Reports may also be submitted anonymously. It is recommended to provide as accurate and specific information as possible for the objective review of the report.

– commercial inquiries;
– customer complaints;
– marketing offers;
– reports unrelated to compliance and corporate integrity matters;
– knowingly false, malicious, or unfounded reports.
